Itinerary

  • 9:00 am: Pickup from your hotel in Miraflores and begin the tour towards Barranco, Lima’s traditional bohemian district.
  • 9:30 am: Explore Barranco, visiting its main landmarks such as the Central Park, Bajada de los Baños, traditional republican houses, the famous Bridge of Sighs, and the surrounding historic streets.
  • 10:15 am: Continue towards Pachacamac, located south of Lima in the Lurín Valley. This important archaeological sanctuary was one of the largest religious centers on the Peruvian coast and was a major pilgrimage destination in ancient Peru.
  • 11:00 am: Visit the Pachacamac Site Museum, where you can learn about the different cultures that occupied the sanctuary and see archaeological objects recovered from the area, including ceramics, textiles, and the famous wooden idol associated with Pachacamac.
  • 11:30 am: Begin a guided visit through the Pachacamac Archaeological Complex. Explore its temples, pyramids, plazas, and palaces while learning about the religious importance of the sanctuary.
  • 12:30 pm: Continue exploring the archaeological area and enjoy views of the surrounding Lurín Valley and Pacific coast.
